new rig for overclocking i7 2600k

Thread Starter
I am considering buying a new rig with the i7 2600k processor.
im not quite sure about wich motherboard im going to buy but i have gotten some inputs that i should buy a ASUS p67 pro or higher, which would you guys recomend?
I want parts that makes it easier to overclock the CPU to around 5Ghz.
in the cooling compartment im either wondering about a H100 or a complete water cooling kit (cpu, gpu, chipset).

im also thinking about
- CORSAIR 12GB DDR3 VENGEANCE PC3-16000 2000MHZ CL10 (3X4GB) OR
- CORSAIR 12GB DDR3 XMS3 DOMINATOR GT PC3-16000 2000MHZ CL9 (3X4GB)
but i dont know which is best and if they even fit with mu mobo's of choice.
and how are theese ram chips when overclocked ?

the rest of the build will be.
hdds:
2x vertex agility 3 120 GB in raid0
3-4 2TB drives in raid5

gpu:
will most likely be a ati 69 serie card 6950 or 6970

The things im not quite sure of is the mobo, ram, cooling and which case would be prefered to fit either the H100 cooler or water cooling kit inside ?

well most guys on OCN have the p8p67 series from asus they seem to offer good performance and OC options in the bios i personally have a p8p67 WS revolution and i love this board i can certainly go over 5 gighz however i would need to make some modifactions to my rasa750 kit currently i am happy @ 4.7ghz mind you i also have a 6990 on the loop .

The rig will be a "multi purpose rig" virtual machines, programming, file server, database server, web server, and a little bit gaming I know its maybe a bit powerfull rig for the purpose, but why dont go big when you first do something

from the store im considering buying from www.dustin.no i cant find your mobo.
The only cards i find that have been recomended is asus p8p67 (pro, evo, delux) and maximus iv extreme.
