Its nice to know that us PC gamers will finally be getting a fps that is being designed for the PC first at least as far as I know this is the first one in a while isn't it?

If it feels like MoH or BC2:Vietnam I will refuse to buy it. Something just doesn't feel right with those games

DICE doesnt give a damn about hardware specs, they just care about which demographic buys their games, BC2 sold exceptionally well on PC despite being somewhat of a port. With that said if this doesnt sell well on pc, expect DICE to start focusing on consoles from now on.

for consoles to have 12 v 12 on a 64 map

would be a whole lot of emptiness. the game would look deserted .

campers will be mostly hiding on such a big map .

plus , imagine for console 32 v 32 . the ps3 and the xbox will overheat and blow up. making them RMA to sony or microsoft . or they'll even buy a brand new one.

imagine , DICE didn't give a damn about console, and they released the full PC version onto the consoles, and it ended the little kids xbox's and ps3's blew up due to too much strain and max load on the hardware on consoles?

it would be hilarious.

just gotta hope they keep it in the line of real BATTLEFIELD & not Bad Company.

128v128, graphics aren't even close to par but you get amazing game play. Not to mention the maps are massive, you get vehicles, gun attachments, stats, abilities (stat points to make your player's stats better).... though the game is dedicated to MP, it's an entire game that is strictly MP based, though it proves you can have 64 players easily enough. They could, oh I don't know, do something innovative and use the console's hard drive to "install" parts of the game. They could make an entire MP disc, something, to increase player count. Even if they downed graphics, it would end up having a much better player experience at a 64 player count than it will at a 24 player count. I play MAG just for this reason, because it is more immersive in 128 player matches.
