Yes, the P8Z68-V is just as good as the P8P67 PRO. Only difference is the Z68 has those Z68 features, are missing the two 6GB/s Marvell ports the PRO have (People disables these anyway. And you still have four 3GB/s and two 6GB/s native ports) and are missing firewire.

Otherwise they are the same. Cant go wrong with the P8Z68-V

And yes, it will do good with crossfire (x8 + x8 mode)

Sweet! Thanks! Also, It says on the i5 2500k that it goes up to 3.7 turbo mode. Does that mean that's the highest overclock? And YEAH ME AGAIN!

No, it only means it's default Turbo speed. You can adjust the Turbo multiplier much higher than this.

When the time comes, and you get your mobo and CPU, you are welcome to join the P8P67/P8Z68 Club

Yes, there you have the P8P67 PRO version again. There is also a P8Z68-V PRO version.

If you don't need the Z68 features then go for the P8P67 PRO instead of the P8Z68-V, since the PRO is cheaper also.

You can't go wrong with either of them anyway.

Your current system is very good. Why which so fast? New CPU will be coming out for both Amd and Intel soon.

Because the i5 @ 4.7 GHz will last a quite long time.

Actually one guy coming from an overclocked 1366 i7 posted in my P8P67/P8Z68 Club that he got great FPS increases in a game he was playing. He had upgraded to a 2500K. He even said the 2500K at stock was beating the crap out of the i7 1366...

Personally I didn't think there would be so much difference between those..
