Updated Bios, OC issue now

Not an issue with overclocking, I'm just not sure if it's actually running at what I set it too. Ever since I updated my bios my system info just shows the stock processor speed and CPU-Z's Core Speed switches between 955MHz, 3.0Ghz, 4.0Ghz

It shows 2Ghz in the picture lol.

Should I just downgrade?

Clear CMOS, put stock settings back, and re-overclock? That is what I would do.

No I just figured it out & turned off Cool n Quiet. Not sure why it got turned on but yeah, everything is fine now. Was rather ridiculous cause all day I was wondering why my computer was running a little strange.
