Looking for the best case in the $30-$60

Thread Starter
Hello all, I am putting together a htpc/media server and am looking for a case. I was pretty dead set on getting an Antec 300, but a thread I posted over in the air cooling subforum told me to rethink that.

So now I am looking for a case in the $30-$60 price range. I have had my eye on the HAF 912, the NZXT Gamma, and the Antec 300. I love the simple looking of the 300 but the negative things I have heard in that thread made me start looking around.

So I ask, what is a good case in this price range for a HTPC/Media Server. I am looking for cases that hold 4 or more hdds for future upgrades. Thanks!

I was just gonna add this one to the list in my original post. I have checked this one out and it seems to get compared to the Gamma case a lot. What makes it superior to that one?

NZXT just released the Source 210 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ion=source+210

Using a new account for the 10 dollars off makes it a sweat deal too (but the same can be said for the other cases mentioned also)

You want a mid tower for a htpc?

What is wrong with the antec 300, it's one hell of a great case.

Yeah, I want it to be a home server as well. The most hdd's you can fit in a htpc case is like 2 max. I want room to potentially have massive storage since I like to rip all my dvds and blu-rays for streaming/convenience plus store my other important files.

As for the Antec 300, the guys in my thread I mentioned here have a different opinion
