I know! I'm moving to a place with "extended" LTE service and I hope that even extended LTE will smash verizons 3G.

200MB
2GB
5GB
10GB
It all depends on your plan
getting throttled sucks. they throttle you to 56k speeds
Not because that's the speed of 2g/edge but because they can

If go to your My T-mobile site and log in, go to Manage/Data and it will show you how much data you have used, and if you look, you will see your plan, and to the far right it says 5GB/Unlimited. I assume it means once you reach that point, you start to feel the throttle. Just watch your tethering and WIFI AP usage. A lot of airports have WIFI, so log in and download as you go.

So I found this app on my phone, tells me everything. So far 4gigs of data used, and speeds dropped down to about 2Mbps avg. Not that bad I suppose, but sometimes it gets stuck at 1, but it might just be signal issues. Over here where I am at there is a lot of trees covering the house so reception is really low.

Offtopic: MY BATTERY IS OVERHEATING! >.<.

122.3f
Battery status: Overheating.
I touch the back of my phone and it is really hot >.<. I need to watercool this thing haha.. Wifi tetherin and charging the phone = bad

If you've got the old "unlimited plan" then it's 10 GB I believe....

I've got the $25 Unlimited Android Plan. I might need to use a lot of data to see when they will begin to throttle me.
