What is all this UD stuff?

Was looking at 990FXA and there is three versions, UD3, UD5 and UD7, What is the difference between them all?

The functions and quality of the board pretty much. The UD3 is the entry level board, similar to teh P6X58D-E, the UD5 is similar to the P6X58D premium. I wouldn't really bother with the UD7 since most people who have those are doing some serious overclocking. If it were me, I'd get the UD5, it's a good board. I only got the entry level board because of the money contraints

Hey thanks man +rep, Was going to go for UD7, Saved me some money here, I am not a huge overclocker.

Well,

Can you link me the 3 boards and i'll have a look, there are a few different models of UD3's and UD5's and we can see what they each have. If the UD3 only has one PCI-E slot then go with teh UD5 purely for an upgradable path later on (Second GPU)

Yeah,

I mean, you might even be able to get away with getting the UD3, if you were in the UK there is only a £10 price difference between the two. So I'd say go with the UD5, but there is a massive $40 price difference.... They are taking the micky tbh.
