If you press keys hard (bottom out) and have a nice budget (you do) I would recomend a Topre Realforce. IMO they have the softest landing when bottoming out. NKRO is perfect for gaming, and it is one of the most solid built keyboards you can buy (used in many commercial/industrial applications for this reason). They also come in tenkeyless since you said you dont need a number pad. Since your in the UK you can buy direct from Bruce at http://www.keyboardco.com/keyboard_search.asp?SG=T

Have fun!
