Couple of questions about the H100 and my current hardware

So I see that the H100 is starting to show up in retail channels.

I have a few questions: I already have an H50 with a pair of GT AP-15 fans.
Anybody know if the H100 would fit in my HAF 922 at the top instead of the existing stock fans, in a push/pull setup with the two stock fans and my two GTs?
Also, would using those two different types of fans be an issue for performance?
And finally, should I use the included fans for the push side or the pull side (obviously the GTs would go on the other side) ?

I would recommend having all the same fans but im sure it really just depends on the rpms and such.

As far as fitment im sure someone with a 922 can chime in on that

I have an H100 in my 650D and I'm running push only with AP-15's, because I didn't wanna try to fit the extra set of fans. I don't know specifically about the 922 though.

Here's a pic of the clearance I get with my 650D

If someone who's worked with both cases can chime in with how much clearance both cases have, then you should get a good idea if it fits or not.

Also, having different sets of fans should not impact performance much. The fans that come with the H100 are apparently different from the old fans that came with the older Hydro series coolers. They are supposedly better, but I didn't own one of the older ones so I can't say for sure. You might have to play with which fans go in push or pull to maximize performance though.

Hope I helped smile.gif
