New gigabyte MOBO??

Thread Starter
ok so im picking up my system in 1 hour:
i7-2600k
gygabyte gtx 570 OC
4x 2GB kingston hyperx blu 1600 RAM
CM 690 II advanced

will this MOBO be good enough?
GIGABYTE GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13-128-503&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=5&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Keywords=%28keywords%29#scrollFullInfo

seems to have bad reviews but i dont plan on pushing the overclock too much as my system is going 2 be 24/7 and i dont know anything about overclocking, so what difference besides in overclocking to 5 instead of 4.4-4.6 does a better motherboard give me?

It should work fine, and other than overclocking you have to look for small things. SATA locations, does it have all the connectors you need (floppy, IDE, etc.), PCI-E bandwidth (this has pretty good options).

This can handle SLI at x8/x8 which is better than most boards in it's price range.

Seems the only issue is some were DOA, but that's a risk with everything.

Do you need the Z68 chipset for SSD caching? How about their P67-UD3? They seem to be a decent choice as well.
