I agree.... I'm glad to see that HTC has a fighting chance against Apple now.

Almost all companies have patent/licensing bickering contests. With every new product launch, there is bound to be something that comes up.

These types of lawsuits happen all the time in the tech industry Hopefully HTC can acquire a cross-licensing deal. Patents do not really follow "common sense."
