SCORE! New pc, NOW, but... What should I buy? - Page 2

The biggest difference in RAM comes from 1333 mhz to 1600 mhz.
in 4 gigs of Ripjaws X or Corsair Vengeance RAM (clocked at 1600 mhz), because sandy bridge is optimized for 1.5V ram.

Psu should be changed to a more reliable unit as stated above, and you will want a P67 board + an i5 2500k

GPU is good, however, GTX 560 Ti s are very good gaming cards.
Like others have said, P67 and 2500k is the way to go. You'll regret not getting them in the future when you want/need to overclock.

Personally I would take the hit and upgrade the RAM from the "value" spec to something a bit more perfromance orientated. Also I'd much rather take 2x4GB sticks than 4x2GB sticks.

Also I'd see if you can change the Club3D card for a different brand like eVGA, Gigabyte or Asus. Again, personal preference but I like to have a good customer service/warranty safety net to fall back on just incase.

Looking really good..
Budget was a real hard but That is the near best you can get from here in estonia from one shop smile.gif
Even though I would have waited a month and gone for a better CPU and MB... But I'm also doing a lot of different things than he so... yeah..
We looked at least in 3 Internet shops and I have had computers shipped here.. The one we chose is best price vs quality over here smile.gif

Absolutely solid build. thumb.gif Make sure that RAM is 1.50v, so you can overclock it some though. smile.gif Otherwise, there honestly isn't one thing on that build I'd change.

FSP is an OEM, just like Delta and Seasonic. That PSU is a solid choice.

I think you mean 2x4GB. With 4x2GB, he'll fill all slots, leaving no room for adding more later.
