Which drivers do you recommend? I have tried the latest(275.33) and 266.58, which were supposed to work well with BC2. Just want to reinstall whichever you are using. Looks like nvidia is releasing the 280.xx drivers next week, hope that helps.

haha, punkbuster. Maybe that is the problem. I noticed that during the install of BC2 that the screen when punkbuster was installing the window froze out and was non responding, so maybe punkbuster is messed up.

Yea, what sucks for me is that now when it freezes out I can't even open the task manager. I have to crash the computer and that really sucks.

also i ran gpu test for like 15mins and didnt see artifacts. also i ran uniheaven benchmark for at least 5 times, didnt crash..
got the same card as you. Fermi cards throttle themselves on benchmarks. So i could run all the uningine I want but once i play Crysis 2, i'd crash... hmm i notice a trend... It's a conspiracy between EA and AMD to make Nvidia cards crash! JK . But yeah our cards have a tendency to possibly need more voltage, so maybe try adding a little voltage a stock.

wait... why cant you open task manager? that doesnt sound like a video driver crash (which is what usually causes the white screen)

Yea, well I have gone through this cycle of opening BC2, playing for 8 mins, then crash probably like 35 times now. The first like 30 or so times a could just ctrl+alt+del to task manager and close the game. But now BC2 will run like maybe 15 mins but now when it freezes and goes to white I can't do anything. Still hear the games sounds but have to crash the pc.

My pc also does it occasisionally. Only on BC2. Gtx295. Current drivers. Non steam game. Has done it with all stock clocks as well as current overclocks. I just deal with it. My card never gets over 65c.

This has nothing to do with drivers or anything like that. Close MSI Afterburner and any possible overclocking tools, you won't ever crash again.
