Yes, that DirectCU is an excellent choice. I don't think the TFII would be that much worth it. The ASUS will overclock pretty well too.

Asus beats out the gigabyte? I haven't really heard of gigabyte making cards. Guessing they're pretty much reference. Plus I'll have an asus board with asus card. Gaining like 2-3% performance 8D lol

Or a 560 non-ti.

I'd definitely go with the non reference cooler. It's worth the price for significantly lower temps.
