Program to compare md5 hash code

Thread Starter
Lets say I have 2 files on my computer, and I create hashes for them with an encrypter. Is there a program that could look at the hashes for each and find the common variables? Perhaps even create a 3rd hash based on those?

I am thinking of comparing two to make sure they are identical.

On Windows I use this: http://download.cnet.com/MD5-SHA-1-Checksum-Utility/3000-2092_4-10911445.html

If you wanted a batch hash code checker, I have to look for another one.

HashTab!

Windows shell integration, and you can compare hashes inside the File Hashes tab.

be sure to copy the path and filenames with the extension
ex. c:\games\game\gamename.exe
ex. fc c:\games\game\gamename.exe c:\games\game2\gamename2.exe
