What is a Safe OC for Athlon II X4 640 on Water Cooling?

Thread Starter
I just got an H80 today and I didn't think I was going to OC before (I just wanted a quieter fan than the stock HSF), but now that I have it, why the heck not, right?

I was just wondering, I previously made a thread, but there I had intentions of buying an air cooler, but as you can see my mind changed.

So, I'm here again asking what kinda voltage/OC I should proceed with.
