Need help troubleshooting some O/C issues. - Page 2

I was having constant problems the past week with my 2500K. Your's looks much better than mine!

I was told to do the following, which helped me get stable:
Set LLC to 7, lower your vcore. Focus just on vcore under load, not idle.

LLC 7 will give you a load vcore a bit higher than what is in BIOS, but seems to maintain it better. My vcore in HW Monitor would read as 1.31v minimum before and after I used LLC. I had to lower vcore in BIOS with a level 7 LLC to have a load 1.31v. However, I went from BSOD within 1 pass of BurnIn on high to 15 passes, just because it reads 1.31v minimum doesn't mean it won't drop a bit below. LLC appears to help maintain that better.

Not sure if the p67 has multiple LLC settings but in your case I would retry enabled and keep records of your vcore at load as you slowly step up vcore at 4.5ghz until stable.

Well, after testing with Intel Burn Test using the High stress level setting (I have 8GB of RAM) aka 2048 MB of RAM being tested, my system BSODd for the second time for the morning.

The first error in the BSOD screen was: 0xFFFFF88002FDFB70
The second one (just now) was: 0xFFFFF880009EC180

I have yet to figure out what this translates into despite googling around and looking through BSOD codes thread here on OCN as well as other threads and forum search sleuthing.

I don't really know what to do at this point. Check the image for the error itself as well as temperatures. I don't think I'm overheating it during testing but just to be sure, I'd like some advice anyway. My goal is to make the processor stable at 4.4 GHz overclock.

After receiving two more BSODs with error codes 0x101 (increase vcore) and 0x124 (increase/decrease vcore or QPI/VTT; I increased QPI/VTT), I ran another High stress level test with three passes with Intel Burn Test and the test was successful. I then ran another High stress test for five passes and it was a no go.

Is there any advice that fellow OCN members would be able to contribute? Is there a setting somewhere not known to me that I should be modifying to make my system stable?

I may have finally achieved system stability with a vcore of 1.36v. I know it is a crime against humanity to triple post (let alone double post) however I'm trying to keep my chronicle recorded on OCN in the quest for a stable 4.4 GHz overclock .

I will run Prime95 tests later using the suggestions posted in the first page.
