Gigabyte new I/O color scheme

Thread Starter
I was looking at new amazing Gigabyte boards and noticed that those new Gigabyte boards have weird colored rear I/O back like this. I wonder why and I wrote to Gigabyte and suggested them to resurrect this I/O color scheme. The answer was something like that: "You suggestion will be forwarded to related department."
Why does Gigabyte produce motherboards with such colored I/O? Anybody who bought latest Gigabyte LGA1155 boards, are their I/O the same red as Newegg pictures show or are they like the I/O the older boards had? My question may be kinda unusual, but I loved the older Gigabyte boards.

If you notice the designation of the ports, they are color coding the newer USB 3.0, and USB 2.0. Almost all board manufactures are doing this.

Not almost all board manufacturers are doing this. Only USB 3.0 ports are blue, which I like, but all the other ports are red. Why? I don't like red ports. I still prefer older coloring scheme.

I think they should all be black I don't mind, not like I'll be staring at the rear end of my computer all day.

But sometimes you have to plug something into your ports and then you see the colors that you don't like.

Anyway anybody who bought recently Gigabyte boards, do they still have the red ports?
Fill up all of the rear panel ports and you won't have to look at those colors again.

On my Z68XP-UD4, the red USB slots signify the extra power USB slots (for cellphone charging etc).
