Title says it all.
What is the best monitor for gaming within the pricerange of 300 dollars.

- Decent dynamic contrast ratio
- HDMI
- Good responstime
- No ghosting or buzzing

Which monitor do you think is the best?

Just did a quick search for 120hz monitors. This with the promocode: EMCKCHH28 bring it down to just above $300. I'm sure you could get a bigger monitor for $300, but not one that's 120hz.
