Their roadmap says they are going to build using 14 then 10nm process, but it is not certain if they can do it. People have brought up different litho and materials to make printing smaller. Printing is not the issue. Tunneling and other quantum effects are starting to take their toll on smaller process nodes in the next decade. Add on top of that heat and you have yourself a lot of problems. Intel will find a way to move forward, but only time will tell where they choose to go.

Memory is running into the same issues, especially NAND Flash.

i thought 2nm was the smallest they could burn it. but yeah i agree that graphene will be sooner than even 10nm silicon would be being produced

Silicon is a hefty 234pm in diameter, not to mention a molecule is undoubtedly larger than a single atom. A closer guess within the range of 10nm is roughly 40 atoms, which is variable. Either way, electron leakage can be combatted somewhat efficiently until you attempt to pass current through a [semi]conductor less than maybe half of this thickness. This would also pose a threat to overclocking itself, as these chips become much more vulnerable to degradation by voltage changes.

"They" being whom? All I can think of is skeptics. The engineers designing these processors probably have a firm understanding of what they can or cannot do with modern lithography. If they don't, I expect they shouldn't have been hired to begin with.
