uummm the price is 100 bux or best offer, people on craigslist do that all the time to get people to look at their item.

Stolen? Maybe but unlikely. He more likely damaged it somehow and is trying to pawn it off to some fool before it starts acting up again.

The $1 is a common sales tactic to get you to look at the ad. You should definitely meet in a public place, but that pretty much knocks out being able to test it. If you go to his house, pack some heat, tuck it in the back of your pants. He knows you're coming over with $900 so be prepared to defend yourself.

I sell crap all the time on CL, I never turn my back to those I invite over to check out what I got.
