Check monitor settings. Disable under/overscan options, set aspect ratio control to auto

Go to nVidia control panel and put over/underscan to 0%

Also try using something other than HDMI.

If you are not using HDMI, I wouldn't know.

As De-Zant said, it's an overscaling issue. I'm not at home so I can't check where that setting is for sure in the Nvidia CP.

i am using hmdi, the problem is that this monitor only has hmdi or vga and mi gpu has hmdi dvi.

You should try to disable overscan/underscan in the Nvidia control panel.

The slider/bar is only used in AMD/ATI driver (CCC) and Nvidia Control Panel uses the following adjustment. See pic 2 below for an example.

What is the model number of your Viewsonic 27'' LED monitor?
You may try to adjust this overscan/underscan issue with the monitor's built-in Menu.

Can you upload a screenshot of the Nvidia Control Panel showing the 'Change Resolution' (see example pic 1 below)?

Also, I believe one of my monitors has a PC/Video option that changes the scaling a bit. It's sort of been mentioned, but if yours has a similar option, that might resolve the issue.
