Game performance is were AMD makes their mark anyways. You can get a budget price CPU that handles games as well as Intels more pricey chips, yet at a fraction of the cost. Although the Intel cpus typically spank the AMD chips in other apps and benches. No reason to think Bulldozer will not handle gaming the same as Sandy Bridge. But will be interesting to see how it stacks up elsewhere if the price is going to be similar. AMD is putting the pressure on themselves, hopefully they step up.
