Powercolor 5770 barely blowing out any air

Holding my hand under the 5770 fan I can barely feel any air coming out, even on 100%, is this normal or bad?

It isn't pushing any air but pulling it, therefore you can't feel it.

You might not be able to feel it, but it may be making a big difference.

What you really need to pay attention to is the temperatures of the GPU. Download MSI Afterburner or any of a number of utilities for viewing your GPU temperature. What does it say?

When you're at load (GPU being used 100%) what's the temperature, at idle?

Wut. Well what's the card design? Reference or non-ref?

Put your hand on the back of your case, where you connect the DVI/VGA cable, then you'll feel air comming out, at 60% fan speed it pushes loads of air.

At idle, it's around 50 degrees, and a full load, it goes up to 80.
I'm pretty sure it's the case ventilation. Got it down to 35 now with a table fan blowing air into the open case + all fans on 100%.
Overall, I just wanted to see if there was an easy way I could get it cooler, guess not.

D'oh, well, it seems I'm stupid. You can stop replying now.
