A budget would be useful here (ninja'd). If you're streaming, you won't need a lot of space, but if you mean stream to another TV from this, then don't forget about hard drives. Don't forget about the power supply as well.
definitely not to stream to another tv, stream mostly from youtube sort of sites
PSU, i wont, i guess depending on the final configuration I can choose which PSU to choose from, Isnit

motherboard
what do you guys think about....
ASRock Z68 PRO3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel

I'd say these two mobos:

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Since you're going with a discreet graphics card (most likely), you don't need the onboard graphics capabilities.

Other things you still need to consider are hard drives, RAM, and power supply. At your budget, I think a 6870 or a 550 Ti would do fine. RAM, a generic 2 x 2GB kit would suffice, and a 1TB hard drive, probably either a WD Caviar Black or Samsung F3.

HDD i dont need much internal storage since i have 1tb external western digital

ocz 500w is enough to power up your system, unless you're going to crossfire/sli. If i were you, i would go for 2500k, asrock p67 extreme 4, 6950, 4gb of g.skills ram and a decent air cooling, and your good to go.. With that system, you can overclock your system upto 4.5ghz (depends on the cooler), and you can even forget about not getting the right graphics quality both in gaming and in video rendering/watching.

Hth.

6950 ? whats that
what about the video card and sound card?
nvidia gforce ?
6950 refers to the AMD HD 6950 graphics card. What types of games are you going to play, and at what resolution? If your games/resolution aren't very demanding, you might be able to get away with just using the on-board graphics on the 2500K and save yourself some $$. To take advantage of the integrated graphics and to overclock the processor, you'd need a Z68 motherboard. If you plan on going with a separate graphics card, a P67 motherboard would probably suit you just fine.

If you want nvidia, go for the 560 Ti. Since you're gaming at 1080p, it'll be more than enough.

Don't stick with the onboard graphics card. Get the Nvidia 560 Ti and use the onboard sound. If you're on a budget build, you don't need a sound card. It'd help if you gave us a location (as many people from different countries surf here), but it seems like you're from the USA. I'd suggest surfing slickdeals.net a bit (you can find me under a different moniker) to find good deals... really recommend it if you're on a budget (my build cost me $650 after a free case, cpu from contests and a price mistake on the GPU + a ton of amazon credit i had)

old games nothing new, so far the max resolution i need is 1080p, cuz I rather play with my Ps3, .. And yes, I was planning to use a separate card for Graphics
