Thread Starter
Hi,

I need a laptop with these specs, preferably as cheap as possible.

At least i3 2310 CPU
At least 425M GPU
14" or smaller

Not Acer
Not Alienware
Not Dell
Not Toshiba

Any recommendations?

There really isn't a 14" or under laptop besides Alienware. Maybe Falcon NW?

Check out the Toshiba R835. It has an i5-2410M and a GT540 if I remember correctly. It goes for 800 on Amazon and you get a free Xbox.

Was looking at both of these laptops but decided I wanted something cheaper, the Toshiba Portege looks better than the Acer Timeline though, it's lighter, runs cooler, better built, and comes with an optical drive. Both come with a free Xbox 360 4GB if you have a student email. Here's reviews on each if they interest you:

Forgot the OP needed it for gaming.

Also, consider investing in a good ~$100 SSD for the laptop, best upgrade you can do to any computer really.
