-This isnt the place to just say your favorite headphone-
The OP is looking for specific things. The HA-RX900 are closed with a tiny soundstage, and the 555's SQ and soundstage isnt as good as the ad700s.

Remember to Back up your points, just stating headphones is pretty useless.

Bass heavy and soundstage seems to be what you need.

for that the ultrasone HFI series works well
as does the beyerdynamic dt 770 and 990 (the 880 will have better soundstage but the base will be gone)
might also consider the sony XB1000 if you've got a high budget, they have a large soundstage and a huge amount of bass (70mm drivers to push all that air) not as large soundstage as the ultrasones or beyerdyanamics but the bass is a lot more in quantity.

I have a G35 and i can say don't get it, not worth the $100 (luckly i paid $60 onsale at best buy) sounds terrible, the surround sound just sounds like a speaker at the bottom of a 55gallon drum on the side of your head it echo's bad, and the mic unless your in voice morph mode picks up every single background sound

I really dont need the splitter just the volume control.
I just use the in-game control panel. Easy enough for me.
