Case: NZXT Vulcan
Motherboard:ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z
CPU:2500k
GPU:MSI N580GTX Lightning Xtreme
RAM:G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3 1600(Help me out with this, haven't put much thought in this. Will I be better off with something else?)
SSD:OCZ Agility 3 60GB
HHD:Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB
PSU:SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W(Also help with this. I might sli with a different video card in the future, and I'll be overclocking... etc. Will 750 be enough? Too much? Or should I go higher?)
CPU Cooler:Corsair H80

Also, recommend me a good optical drive. A dvd burner atleast. Doesn't have to be anything special. And not too expensive.

Thanks again.

750w is more than enough. And I just bought an asus oem dvd-burner from newegg on sale for $20 free shipping.

Everything you got there is fine, but I like the Crucial M4 over the OCZ Agility SSD.

The seasonic C750 is a really good PSU, will handle SLI. I think the only scenario where it won't be enough is if you go for a really high overclock on CPU + both GPUs and stress test to max(which won't happen in normal gaming)

For Optical Drive, just get any $20 OEM drive off newegg, they're all pretty much the same.

the watts on a psu are usually a big marketing trick. this 750 will easily pull SLI. if you shop for a psu make sure you have enough amps on the 12volt rail(s).

not sure if the ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z has smart response technology? if so then you can get a smaller ssd and use it as a cache for your normal HDD. This will give you similar speeds as a ssd but the capacity of a normal drive.

cheese.

Apparently, a lot of people have been having problems with that ssd(agility 3). I'm thinking of either corsair force 3 series 60gb or crucial m4. I'm leaning towards the corsair one since it's faster but I don't know. Are there problems with that ssd?

I second the motion on that PSU being fine. Besides 750W being a perfect fit for quad-core SB and SLI 580s, the Seasonic X-series is possibly the best line on the market right now. The price tag matches, but it's not much compared to SLI 580s.
