The PSU will be fine imo. It is a top notch PSU and even if it was near or even a little over budget(which your system isn't) it would probably do fine.

Well, it would do fine without the video card. It will very likely run fine with the GTX 560 as well.

I just don't like having a stressed PSU. At all. I wouldn't go below 500W if intending to use a GTX 560

I know the motherboard has built in video, but are you planning on going to an integrated GPU since I do not see one in your list???

Playing counterstrike without a dedicated GPU? I wouldn't consider a dream pc without one...

The AMD APU (processor) has integrated graphics more powerful than anything (integrated) in the market, beating Intel HD, which would enable low- to mid-quality gaming for a decent price, according to a couple benches.

If you're going to buy a separate card, and an NVIDIA to boot, i wouldn't really get an APU. Wait for Bulldozer/get an i5 and build a 4-core beast instead of using an APU, as you'd be wasting half of it.

If you plan to take full advantage of dual graphics, the best you can get is an 6670, which isn't so pricy (i see them for $100 or less before rebates on the net), and would boost performance on DX10 and DX11 games (hopefully, better drivers will be released to improve performance on DX9 games as well)
