Here's what I have so far

http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=032980
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=032773
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=039099
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=031110
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=035358
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=027383
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=027049

And just added http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=035782

$160 left for a mobo and graphics card
Can go cheaper on some stuff I already picked if you recommend. I'm thinking maybe the monitor, that's the cheapest one of that size on that site, idk where else to look. Maybe the CPU I could get a non black edition, he doesn't overclock (but I think he should learn how so I'm recommending the BE unless I have to put the money into something else)

The computer will be used for
"gaming",
"Bioshock, WoW, Minecraft. Settings dont matter. probably low."

Anything else I'm forgetting?

My tip: Use price match!
Find prices from competitors with pricebat.ca or shopbot.ca. It must be Canadian retailer and in stock at that location.

For example: NCIX has those Ripjaws at $29.99; price match, and you can get it at CC (locally I assume?) at the same price vs. $35.99.

Yeah if you can get things price matched down then you could get a better rig for your money. Building a rig with a monitor for 600 in Canada is a tight budget.
