Comfortable mouse for Palm / Finger grip

Thread Starter
Hi All,

Would like to pick you brains - as per the title i'm a palm gripper who sometimes uses fingertip.

I used to have a deathadder until the scroll wheel started playing up. Then I bought a Mionix Naos 5000, and i'm sad to say it hurts my hand - a problem I never had with the deathadder.

So I need to get something new. I could just get another deathadder as my old one gave me two great years of service. But is there anything better? I don't mind about cost just something that's going to give me the best and most comfortable grip.

Thanks

Deathadder appears to get the most accolades by far for palm grippers..I would just go with another.

You could try the mx518 in a shop or something as I liked both the feel of it and the DA but I think you should just get the deathadder as you already know you like it and you'll only be pissed off if you don't like whatever you replace it with.

I'm prolly gonna return my SpawN soon since I ordered it due to it getting such good reviews even though I'm a palm grip gamer. I just convinced myself that I could get used to a claw grip, but that didn't rly work out so well. Also it jitters at 800 dpi on my (clean) QcK+ and has quite a high lod of about 3-4 CDs on all firmware for me. With the tape fix it goes down to one CD but I think I'll just return it and get a Deathadder 3.5g and use it at 900 dpi as I loved the Xai's shape. From what I've heard (and past experiences with Razer mice) it's build quality isn't nearly as good as the SpawN's. Also the SpawN's scrollwheel is amazing. It has just the right ammount of friction IMO and always registers due to it having an optical rotary encoder.

Xai shape != Deathadder shape. Right?

Quite similar. The Xai is ambidextrous, but the DA is for right handed users (left handed version available too) which is my preference as it feels nicer in ones hand.
