[YT] RAGE: The Enemy Trailer. [VIDEO] - Page 2

Looks really promising, like many games coming out this fall.
Are there any information if it will be on Steam (it should probably, right?) and their DRM, maybe even Steamworks?

EDIT: I see, it's already on Steam. Not for Germans though.

I haven't been excited about this game, I remember how boring Quake 4 was, but after seeing these videos I am really looking forward to this game, looks like they put some serious thought into the design of their game.

Man, this Fall is going to be awesome. Torchlight 2, Rage, and TESIV:Skyrim.

Quake 4 was developed by Raven Software and published by Activision. I don't think id software had a hand in the development. With that being said, you'll have to look back at Doom 3 and compare id's past work to this.

The game looks very good.

But is it me or sometimes the graphics look a bit plain?

Like plain flat textures?

Can't wait for this one. It looks like there's a lot of hard work going in to it.

I did notice that (0:50). I can nitpick some things, but overall I like the graphics a lot. The character AI seems a little stupid at times, and the weapons look like they are clunky, but I think that is a premature judgement to make without playing it.

I really like some of the environmental details, and the character movements are nice.

Oh wow, I've seen the other videos ID has released but this is the first that that's really gotten me interested. That's pretty awesome all the work they put in to do all those animations and differing enemies, I'm sure it really will add to the experience.

Also, am I the only one who gets bugged by how the environments and characters look like a more realistic style then the weapons look almost cell shaded? Some of the buildings as well, can especially tell when against a mountain backdrop, it just looks off.

I don't see that at all. Everything looks fairly eye catching to me.
