CPU speed frequently changes!!! - Page 3

I would say that depends on how you mean its running slowly, like loading slowly could be the HD, low FPS could be the GPU. How are the apps running slow? Like what app, whats it doing? IMHO overclocking may not be the answer to whatever the problem is.

well i was installing Maya 2010 and everything froze; can't open other apps, folders, not even the notification tray & CPU was not under FULL load. It lasted a few minutes. I'm wondering if I missed to something in the BIOS.
