But they can come very close and cheap as well.
LG W2363D review

"With the Thru-mode activated we ran a series of tests with our inputlagTest software and we measured input lag to 0 ms."

"LG’s 120 Hz is capable of actually receiving 120 pictures per second, thus running at 120 Hz."

I read that review and was considering that.

As others have said, the F520 and a few other 4:3 CRTs have the best refresh rates, but the FW900 is 16:10 and is usually everyone's first choice (it's not that far behind).

Modern games, TV, and movies are all mostly designed for widescreen, so I suggest you simply try to find a FW900 or the rebranded HP A7217A, Sun GDM-FW9010 and SGI GDM-FW9011 for cheap somewhere. 4:3 is really awkward with the F520 and the rebrands of it.

It should be considered that even though the F520 can do 170hz, and the Fw900 160hz, the hz is achieved on low resolutions like 1024x768 on the F520. It is usually wiser to select a comfortable compromise that has slightly larger res with the expense of a slightl lower refresh rate, since low resolution can be more of a limiting factor in games than low refresh rate, especially if you're dealing with 140hz or more at 768p or lower. Thus the higher refresh rate of the F520 is kind of a null point here.

If you truly desire a higher refresh rate than that of the FW900, the F520 should not be seen as a choice, since many other CRTs allow higher refresh rates than that of the F520.

It all depends on your preferences. While 4:3 might be terrible for some, it might not be for all. I'm using it with my F520 and while it kinda feels limiting, it's not outright terrible.

Also, about the availability. Just keep on looking. I find F520 and the rebrands of it every couple of months here in the southern finland. Population 1 million. (southern finland). It's not that difficult to find them, it just takes a couple of months of stalking online auctions.

However, I cannot seem to find a single Fw900 anywhere, at all. Seems that people hold on to them pretty well here.
