800D fan help.

So I got 2 gentle typhoons, I want to put one in the divider but I need a 140 to 120mm fan adapter but i want it to be low profile and the one I found is far from that. I was thinking of ghetto rigging another GT below it. or in the front drive bays (but I need a cover that meshes with the 800D) I'll have the corsair fans being used for the hdd cooling, 3 gelid wings up top 2 80mm wings in the mesh on the rear and a wing as an exhaust in the rear. (If i got left over wings they'll be hdd fans). This sound like a decent setup?

Edit: then a while after that i'll be going to water cooling probably then sandy bridge.

So hold on. Are you asking about a 120 to 140mm fan adapter? I think the 2x 80mm fans up top/rear are likely going to waste/adding noise. Fans are great, but with the 3 fans you have up top - the 80's don't make sense to me.

You are eventually planning on throwing a RAD up top, right? If so - definitely ditch the 80's. As for a fan adapter/bracket - have you considered fabricating one? Fun project just in time for the weekend?

the 80mms would go after i go to watercooling if i can't fit them there still. the seem to drop temps nicely though;there seems to be a pocket of air that gets trapped there, my 690 II does the same thing. on another note can i add lets say 2 logisys blue(or white not sure yet) cold cathodes and a few of nzxt's blue/white sleeved led strips and have them match? or should I got all just led strips to light this sucker up.
