Otherwise in for the PC P&C psu...... Sweet give-a-way!
I am unsure if the Galaxy is repairable, and to be completely honest I have neither the expertise nor the time to take it apart and find out exactly why it is not working, all I know is it does not currently work (well, it didn't when I took it out of my computer 6 months ago).
As for giving the PC Power and Cooling PSU away, like Princess Garnet said, it really is a bit of a legendary power supply, and I would still be using it if it didn't have issues running two GTX 580's along with the plethora of other hardware I have in this computer. The power supply actually has a really cool story, it was one of the original ones to hit the market, and I got a hold of the PSU prior to them being released to the public. (I actually won it at the Nvidia Reality Tour when Nvidia was showing off the G80 cards
) Either way, it means a lot to me so I would love to see it go to someone that will actually use it. That PSU has lasted me a good 6(!) years and has *always* been running a dual or tri GPU setup. Undoubtedly the best PSU I will have ever owned. Anyways, wish you all the best, good luck!Edited by tubnotub1 - 7/30/11 at 3:00am
