Turn off Super Sampling. You can edit the .ini and turn it off or even mess with other options that may let you adjust the resolution scale itself.

If your performance is ok with SuperSamp on though, I would leave it. It isn't really showing that high a res, it is just rendering that many pixels and then downsampling to make it look very smooth. You get a big hit on the GPU is all. Your screen should still be showing up as half of whatever the res is showing up in the menu.

I don't see an entry for supersampling.

Hmmm, could have swore someone earlier said you could open an .ini up and edit all kinds of stuff. Not sure which ini it is or where it is located though. I don't have it installed atm.

Write in enbseries.ini you monitor resolution, this line need to look like this 'ForceAntialiasing=true" ,
and in commandline.txt change your monitor resolution figures multiplied by 2 (example 1920--1080 will be this -width 3840 -height 2160)

I did do that. It's still forcing 3840x2160

It seems like they tried to hard, and just kinda over did it. Looks stunning during daytime, but night is just rough. I WISH there was a happy middle ground. Ill try and update this post with some night shots here in a snitch.

Dude I want that car pack! What is it?
