I have two very important questions:
1.) I've read that the PC version is just a console port and a really poorly coded game. I heard it has a lot of bloatware, DRM etc. that cause a lot of conflicts etc. while playing the game. So, is this true or is it just hyped up? Is installing the game and configuring it pretty straightforward?
2.) I would like to play this game on the PC but I want to be able to use my Xbox 360 wireless controller. How do I do that? I think using a keyboard/mouse for this game (or racing games) would be really weird and unwieldy. Any suggestions on how to use the controller on the PC for playing GTA IV?
1.) The game has a very hard emphasis on having a quad core as well as having ample GPU ram. You are more than in the clear in those areas. You should be able to max out on this mod.
2.) You just plug and play. As simple as plugging your controller into an xbox. And you can seamlessly switch to your keyboard/mouse setup if you want more accuracy (sniper rifle), or whatnot.
