it should tell u what u have. but for PSU just need to know brand and wattage. (not really important unless its extremely low)
The PSU is most likely a delta. From what I have heard is tht is who dell usaully uses for psu's. It will more than likely be suffecient. The advantage I have over him for hitting 1ghz on my gpu is that it uses the same cooling as a reference 5870 but with multiple disabled sharder clusters. So, I have more cooling than neceissary.

More than likely op will have challenges hitting 1 ghz, because of cooling and other challenges.
