On the note about changing my graphics card:

I've look up a few other cards and i need help deciding:

The GTX 460 (Normal not SE)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130566

The GTX 550 TI
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130625

And lastly, the GTX 560
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130661

Should i get the 460/550ti or just put in 40 more bucks for the 560 (whichever card I pick in the end, i intend to sli them at a later point)

Not a bad deal for a budget PC, now if you can find these parts here on the site used for cheaper... Keep an eye out, maybe you can and buy a SSD.
