I suggest you uninstall the Asus AI Suite, is it is crappy bloatware.

did you overclock your processor? if so then return to default voltages. if not then check to see if your memory is running at the correct speed timings and voltages

i just use it to control the fans since my rig makes alot of noise with the fans, i use to leave the fans on the silent setting and when i go to do something more intensive i would speed them up through the software instead of needing to restart the computer and mess with the bios

Uninstall & reinstall, or just reinstall & use another program to control your fans, like speedfan for example?

I don't agree with that at all, mine works great. I can autoclock @ 4.1 now with one click and the monitor stuff and all is useful too. I took some of the settings that it was trying at higher clocks that failed and have managed to get those settings to work manually inputting them- up to 4.3 so far, but I was running pretty hot at those speeds so I am running @3.997 right now using the AI suite 1 click overclock and it runs nice and cool. I would try reinstalling it before you throw it out.

i have another question, the max temp for my processor is 62, but is that the core temp or the processor temp? I have been noticing that the core temp is usually higher than the processor temp
