Red 6970 in blue themed case - what can I do? - Page 2

How about a long piece of black ( or better yet, blue ) electrical tape to cover the piping?

I would say paint it... I got a set of Ripjaw X's for my new rig and they are blue; they were on sale for cheaper than a set with higher timings and the same speed, this is for a red/black themed build I am doing next month. Hopefully they hide nicely behind my strange colored noctua heatsink fans which I will be painting since the fans do not make heat.

Thread Starter
I found the thread about carbon fiber wrapping, and it sure does look sleek.

If the CF is as pliable as it looks in the post, I can probably work it around the piping.

I think I need to find more things that I can wrap in that stuff, too!

Leave it. It will set it off

It has alarm?

I thought about electrical tape, and that would be a cheap/removable option. I might give that a try first and see if it looks cheap.
