A lot of people are complaining about their problems with the agility 3 and vertex 3.

So the 60GB doesn't have any problems?

If you're looking for a reliable SSD, my vouch is for Intel. Stay away from Sandforce based SSDs such as the OCZ and Corsairs. A lot of them are plagued with high failure rates and intermittent problems.

The only reason I bought my OCZ Agility 3 was because it was going for $159.99 brand new, else I'd never touch one. I had nothing but firmware issues from day one.

I heard that Corsair had some serious problems with the Force 3 series and had to draw them back. Guess they are fixed since they're at sale again.

The SF-2281 controllers are the ones having a lot of issues. I'm unfamiliar with the SF-2200 controller that's listed in the OP's link.

I have the 120GB version of that SSD. I installed it two weeks ago and I haven't had any random (actually any at all) BSODs or any stuttering. In theory all Force 3 SSDs with a SN above 1123 should be ok. Mine is 1126

However if you want the most reliable Sata III SSD you should get Intel 510 (expensive) or Crucial M4/C300 (they use Marvell controllers instead of Sandforce ones). If you don't care for Sata III, then I don't know... however Intel 320 series have a very serious bug where sudenly the capacity shrinks to 8Mb...

I have a Crucial RealSSD 3 which has been replaced by the M4. My Crucial SSD is beast and the M4 is even quicker than mine. Not had a single problem so far so I highly recommend it. Plus it has 4GB more than the corsair.

Here it is

Agility and Vertex 3 have new firmware (2.11) which apparently addresses a lot of the issues at launch. I've just got an Agility3, and it blows even the Vertex2 out of the water
