Seeing as yoyu are in the UK I would recommend ChilledPC for laser or CNC
Laser cutting
CNC I know it says windows but they will do pretty much any CNC cuts

May i ask what hdd caddy you used in the last pic? In the middle of my TJ07 build and im looking to do a similar thing with how you have it. Also might getting Tom@chilledpc to do me a custom front fascia or Coldzero now have some front fascias up on their site, they have other custom bits for the TJ07 aswell, check them out: http://www.coldzero.eu/category.php?id_category=23 smile.gif

Its been a few months obviously some more problems have come up as usual lol. guess this should keep me busy now as loads of sick games are out and coming soon. D:
So here are some problems i get to deal with:
  • tubes have all turned green or misty white colour.
  • a staple fell into the bottle of coolant causing rust and debris in my loop messing up my cpu block.
  • the orange led on the motherboard is still on suggesting memory or dimm problem.
  • all 3 gpu blocks are stained from the black fluid. some kind of problem with the new en nickel plating.
  • the bitspower sli connectors where too long for my tri sli and caused my cards to bend.
  • one lf the gpu block's LED circuit has shorted out due to the cards loose conection.
  • the 24 pin's 12v wires have melted from too much current (common fault with evga boards)
  • need to cut another hole in the motherboard tray to add a molex cable to support my pcie slots.
  • all my fans and both radiators have collected insane amounts of dust and dead moths.

I think thats almost everything, some of these strange problems have happened before and seem to be reoccurring. If any of you like the look of this build, i am actually trying to sell my motherboard, and that which comes with it, blocks, cpu, ram etc. so let me know! smile.gif

As im ordering new tubes and junk i think ill take another swing at making my own front panel, now that ive found some nice 2mm aluminium sheet biggrin.gif

thanks, really wish i used bitspower crystal links for the sli but they are sooo expensive. if i can file down my fittings to keep the cards inline properly i might add two more for parallel cooling.

and yeah im a big tj07 fan too, next mod is gonna have to be a cosmos 2 though. those things are boss!

Ill be keeping an eye out for when you guys start your tj07 builds thumb.gif

YES! My delivery from Coldzero arrived today. It's such a simple thing but has really made my pc feel fully built smile.gif I do have a few tweaks and things left to paint but Im so glad I filled in that big ugly hole in the front panel.

Next step will be painting the fan grills on the doors black, and maybe tinting the window darker.
