I didnt look at the measurements much just used digital calipers to copy sizes from the case and then scratch markings in the sheet metal. then used a razor blade to score in the lines with a metal ruler.
i can measure it for you but it was done mainly from guessing. some parts weren't a great fit, i filed the edges down soooooo many times lol.

id recommend making a paper or card prototype first, and another prototype with sheet metal encase you mess up. cutting and bending it can go very wrong the first time, if youve never done it before.

Looks sooo sick! I'm doing a similar build for my first time. Is that the Chilled PC 480 mount holding your rad in?

I might do that mate. I want to use a black plexi cover on the back side of the drive bays but now that I have the 240 radiator up there I will need to attach some kind of ventilation to push the air through the case or the drive bay will get really warm.

Now that's a fine looking build.
A few 45 degree rotaries will help in the tubing, they really do. I got a few, and it turned my loop from an annoying mess, to a delight to look at.

Your bay covers are great biggrin.gif They have a really nice crisp fold, much better than my first attempt at them. Hopefully the new ones I'm making soon will be as good as yours smile.gif

Thanks man, im sure you'll do fine. i just scored it with a dremel like you said then used two planks of wood to grip the short edge and bend it up real slowly,
then filed n sanded every edge until it fit and looked strait as possible. quite a primitive way to mod but its all i had lol.
