Decided to mod the silverstone tj07 ive had laying around since winter because didnt have enough rep to sell it on here.

this build will be almost fully watercooled using a 480mm radiator and 360mm radiator in one loop. i will be asking people for help and advice as i am working on this build as i am ordering parts i am not entirely use to using in a build.

first thing ive got to work on has been the case, im cutting open the roof to fit in a 380mm radiator. heres how far i got.

deadliest drill and crazy wonky drill bit made a nice mess of my roof but had to be done.


really impressed with my dremel, made it through such thick metal :O

came out pretty rough but its all i had at the time. took hours to cut through and nearly lost an eye each time the cutting wheels broke.



got this radiator grill on upside down, cant use it the right way up because the holes i drilled and tapped are pretty crooked.

little problem... cant slide the motherboard tray in until i cut off that piece of metal.

meanwhile ive put together the pump and been trying to figure out how ill be setting up my reservoir.
not sure where to put the pump and reservoir and where im gonna put the fittings.

remember to be careful when you open a pump...

I have had to use a white ek block cover for my classified because i cracked my clear one.
red dye has stained my cpu and gpu block also so i need to find ek block covers for them too preferably in white. anybody know where i can get white parts?

heres how badly stained and cracked my mainboard block started to look compared to the new one


please can somebody let me know where i can find covers or blocks to match my new white piece?

drilled out some rivets on my mainboard tray so it now slides back in, had to remove a fan though.
it looks odd at the back with one fan so im considering buying a blank backplate from chilledpc.co.uk



heres how it looks with parts temporarily put in the case. i cant decide how i will set up the tubing, i might need some right angled parts because my tygon tubes cant make some of the bends.
