I'm a huge advocate of the Deathadder, playing in ESEA Main aswell as Cevo the mouse has never let me down. If you play at a low sens (which you should) stay away from laser mice.

This depends on a couple of factors. 1, if you play games that AREN'T fps, alot of people use high sensitivity. 2, if you have a mouse with a 5600 dpi+ sensor, you can turn down the sensitivity ingame and in windows control panel and have the equivalent of a low sensitivity mouse, only one with insane precision.

That being said, I use a coolermaster storm spawn, which has an equivalent sensor to the deathadder. Really, I like to think of the spawn as a claw grip version of the deathadder.

I don't like the Razer Salmosa. It's to small, has a weird shape and at lest for me was uncomfortable. Never tried the Azureus but I would not buy the Salmosa.

Yes, low sensitivity is mainly for FPS, but the issue with Laser mouse isn't precision per'se its mainly that they skip with very fast movements using a low sensitivity on any DPI setting for that matter.
