EVGA GTX560Ti FPB @ 1100mhz

How can I do this on the stock cooler? Need a way to cut some temperatures around 10c. Already replaced the thermal paste and added a fan.

I need more ideas that aren't drastic. I want to do this on the stock cooler.

You will not get 1100Mhz without some extreme cooling and voltage mods. A regular GTX 560, especially one on stock cooling will not go that far, simple as. Good GTX 560 (Ti) will do between 1000-1050Mhz if you're lucky.

Just overclock as far as your card will allow, with safe temperature and voltage.

I need to obtain it first. The reason I'm making this thread.

The simple fact is you won't get that frequency stable unless you have a crazy good card, or you move past stock cooling, because it won't cut it.

Well slight instability is fine. Just was wanting to see if it would pass a benchmark or two.

I'm really close. Scratching my noggin' to find those last few MHz.

Not bad, I would try to throw a 120 on there instead of the stock fan. Take off the shroud and attach it to the heatsink. The faster the fan the better.
