Wireless help.

Think this is the right section if not sorry

Ok so I'm living in a bungalo out the back of my mums place

Was ok before cause had 1 pc and laptop or two
But now with 4 computers and upcoming file server I dot want to buy another 4 wireless cards.

Is their away to have a hub or something maby a pc to connect them all
That will allow to have wireless come from the router inside then goto a hub and two 3 or 4 comps?

So router -> wireless to my room -> hub or something here -> ethernet cables to 4 or 5 computers? Don't think can run a cable without drilling a hole in the wall and don't think can do that
Ideas?

Your best bet is another wireless router that can act as a wireless bridge.

Any router that can be firmware upgraded to DD-WRT will work. Once the firmware is upgraded, the router is placed in bridge mode, and communicates with the main router. The wired ports on the bridge router are then used to connect your computers.

This works well when you are only going to connect wired components to the bridge. If you intend to also have wireless clients that will connect to the bridge, a slightly different setup is required in DD-WRT, but it is most important to realize that if you intend to do this, you will cut the wireless connection, and throughput to the main router by 1/2.

This is because the bridge router will use half its potential bandwidth for communication with the main router, and the other half communicating with wireless clients.
