I have four fans connected to the H100, and I found connecting the fans to be the least challenging part. Really, it's just two fan wires. If you go into the 600T club you'll see lots of people with the H100 and the 600T case. Personally I'm glad they are no longer than they are. Too much wire is a pain.

Nope, it ain't going to fit (no matter what hardwarereview says, measurements don't lie). Not only are you a cm short, but the block is pretty big and may also get in the way. You may be able to do it with "slim" 120mm fans, but they won't do a very good job on a rad. You could do it if you mounted the fans on the outside of the case (you could use grills and filters). You need
25mm + 27mm = 52mm and you only have 40mm.
Personally, with your case, I think the H80 would be the perfect fit and it's only one or two degrees off from the H100 anyway, uses basically the same block, and is made for cases that won't fit the H100.
Edit: I noticed based on other information you are going to order the H100. If I was you I would redo your measurements. It looks to me like you are short, and I hope you don't go out and spend $110 on bad advice.
The measurements don't lie. If you measured correctly (and it looks like you did in your picture), the H100 and a 25mm fan are not going to fit above your board.Edited by Mergatroid - 9/11/11 at 4:00pm
